• 3 nights Bed & Breakfast
• Glass of sparkling wine upon arrival and mulled wine around our lit fireplaces
• New Year's Eve starts with a Black Tie Champagne reception in our Gallery and is followed by a 5 course tatsing menu and wine pairing and then we ring in the New Year with a private party
• New Year's Day begins with a Champagne Lunch featuring some of West Cork's best sea food and produce
• Guided tour of the Estate's 163 acres from 3pm - 5pm
